We will be serving all organic, vegan and gluten free cuisine for this retreat! Big fresh salads & smoothies, pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, 'cheezy' spinach and artichoke dip, spicy Pad Thai noodles and jackfruit & avocado tacos with honey lime crema are a few of the dishes to look forward to.  There will be plenty of snacks and beverages provided between meals for those of us who like to munch.  Year after year, Desert Hot Springs water, right out of the tap is rated one of, if not the best drinking water in the world! So, bring your canteens and lets reduce our plastic water bottle usage! 

Malia will be your 'executive chef' and will be sending out a form for each gatherer to fill out to include any allergies, dietary restrictions and food dislikes and favorites so she may create a menu that will be sure to delight all. Malia has been vegetarian for nearly 25 years, vegan for 10 and holds a passion for both the art of cooking and holistic nutrition.  The retreat meals will be chalk full of macro and micronutrients, healthy fats, proteinantioxidants and plenty of YUM and Umami flavor! Current vegans and omnivores alike will leave the retreat with new, fun snack and meal ideas to share with friends and family.
